First and foremost we are proud to finally announce we had a.... GIRL! Isabella Michelle McLean was born on August 12th at 11:37pm, weighing 8 lbs 7 oz and was 22.5 inches long. Our "Baby Bella" has been such a gift from God. We are enjoying every moment with her and are AMAZED at how fast they really do grow. Here are a few photos of Bella's first week of life... OK maybe more than a few ;)
Daddy all suited up because he got to assist in the delivery by pulling out her head and placing her on my chest- such an incredible experience!

So precious!The SECOND thing we celebrated this month was my 30th birthday on August 15th. I had a wonderful birthday with lots of pretty flowers, some jewelry, perfume and what birthday wouldn't be complete without a cake (I actually got 2 cakes- I know I am spoiled). BUT my best gift of all was Bella!
Lastly they say good things come in threes, and our THIRD big celebration this month is Josh passing his 3rd and final level of the CFA Program (Chartered Financial Analyst). Josh, me and Bella all woke up at 5am, got our traditional Starbucks, opend a bizillion web browers and hit refresh like maniacs until we got the good news. This is a huge accomplishment for Josh! Not only did he study for CFA while simultaneously getting his MBA and working a full time job, but he passed every level of the CFA on the first try- which he tells me has an estimated 9% chance of probability. I married one smart and dedicated fella and I am SO PROUD of him. We are not sure IF, HOW or WHEN the Lord will use Josh's new designations, but Lord willing a new door will be opened regarding Josh's career in the near future. Prayers welcomed :).

Your daughter is beautiful! I love that we get to see pictures... and happy 30th Lisa! And congrat's to Josh on passing the CFA! Wow, you guys have many blessings in your lives at this moment. Soak it up! We are glad to see you doing so well. Your amazing people! Blessings!
